All commissions are created on a set deadline. If you have need for your commission to be completed by a sooner certain date than what is listed, please express so in the commission details section and upon approval, we can work out a solution through email. Keep in mind that tighter scheduled commissions will come with an expedited fee of up to 150% of your original quote.After I have approved your commission in full, You will receive a quote from VGen. I will only be starting the commission once the payment has been made in full. I reserve the right to refuse to work on a commission request I am either uncomfortable with or do not believe I would be a good fit for and in the event of this decision, you will not receive a follow up to your form request. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for a response regarding your queries upon submission.Please refrain from asking for last minute additions to your commission request after your submission has been approved. Additions that were not included in the original form will be subject to a price adjustment to reflect the new request or may be subject to a cancellation/refund if the work falls outside my comfort zone. These additions include but are not limited to adding new characters, changing the current character request, changing poses entirely after work has been started, and switching out references. I am willing to work with you and your requests via email during the progress period within reason and am open to minor, non-obtrusive changes at the earliest stages.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------*=What to Expect During the Commissions Process Upon Approval=You will receive updates dependent on the level of detail your commissions requires. The stages are as follows:-> 3 Thumbnail sketches-> Rough Sketch/Colored Sketch--> Line Art---> Flat/Simple Colors----> Shading and Rendering-----> Any Additional Small DetailsIf you have inquiries on the status of your commission after the payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation email, feel free to email me at [email protected] or the messaging system here on VGen. DO NOT contact me through any of my social media presences for inquiries on your commission as I will not respond to any work related comments other than through my email or through the message system implemented by VGen.=Refunds=All transactions are final. If you believe for any reason you will be needing the money you have sent returned, please refrain from commissioning me and save it until you are sure you are able to fully commit. If, and only if, in the event I believe I will not be able to complete the commission I will reach out to you by email and inform you that you will be receiving the money back. You will receive half of your total payment if I've made any progress and a refund in full if I haven't started. Tips are non-refundable.=Commercial Use=If your commission request is to be created for commercial use, please describe to the best of your abilities your intent.
